Our Story
Dart Inn opened its doors on Parsons Blvd with a simple conviction: great coffee and thoughtful cocktails shouldn't require a trip into Manhattan. We built a space where neighbors become regulars, and regulars become friends.
Our team sources single-origin beans roasted locally, mixes seasonal spirits with house-made syrups, and plates every dish with the care we'd expect at our own table. It's not pretentious — it's just honest hospitality.
